I can't say enough good things about Freshi! They always arrive right on time, which is such a relief when scheduling around a busy day. the technicians are respectful, extremely clean, and personable. They even manage to engage politely with my in-laws, who love to chat with the workers and hover around them while they work-despite our best efforts to lure them away and let the techs work! What impresses me the most is how knowledgeable the crews are; they take the time to explain everything thoroughly, so we always know exactly what to expect. Their professionalism and friendly service truly set them apart. I highly recommend Freshi to anyone in need of heating and A/C Services!

Paid about $800 for “balancing dampers.” The estimate was provided in advance and was represented as a fixed price. The work was completed in one hour by two men. I feel like a victimized senior, but I’ve had no time to pursue this matter. FYI, helping to care for my terminally ill wife takes up a lot of my time.
