I had a dead battery and Mr. Collins was able to take me on short notice and fix my problem. Francis Collins was great to deal with. However this was just a one time experience.

I can't say anything about the sales department but I would recommend you steer clear of their service department, if you value your time. I went to them for warranty service on my leased car. The first time was OK, although I do recall having to wait a long time to have the work done. This time I called and left two messages weeks ago to get an appointment and no one called me back. I finally got the right person the third time I called and got things set up, supposedly just in time before I went over the 2 yr warranty. However, I went in this morning, waited for them to get to me, only for them to tell me, sorry, you are less than 70 miles over your 24,000 mile cap to have the service done. Of course, when I scheduled the appointment they only mentioned the two year limit. I could have driven my girlfriend's car for a day instead of my own to stay under, had I known. I get that I was technically over the limit (by 3/10ths of a percent!) but the manager wasn't even willing to make an exception. It's basically just a $30 tire rotation but they weren't willing to consider eating that cost in order to save a customer relationship. So, I left on principal without having the work done. They have lost a customer forever and their yelp rating takes a hit too. Hope that was worth the money they saved.

Art has always been super, and if there was a later problem, rectified it to my satisfaction.
