Did not have a part needed for repair of garage door, so had to order it, causing sone delay

Didn't fix the problem or even properly diagnose it. Spent 15 minutes and charged $135. Second visit requested to correct the problem. Tried to sell me a part I didn't need. I was able to fix it after they left by securing bracket to wall where it had come loose. Date of service June 2021.

They responded the same day. Both the phone person and the repairman were friendly and professional. The cost was well below another firm I checked. The repairman came within his time window after calling to confirm, and performed the repair quickly. Great service!
