It's very expensive when your pet has to stay overnight. But overall good service.

The people who work at Sage clearly love animals and that is reflected in the quality of their work and the attention they pay to all the animals they care for.

Tate for Yelp & Checbook OUR DIABETIC DOG DIED ALL ALONE IN SAGES CARE. We always hesitated to bring her in for recheck because it just seemed unnecessary and she was always incredibly thirsty after. Despite our hesitation, we brought her in when Sage stated that they will not renew her prescription without a recheck. The evening AFTER the last recheck visit, She vomited more than 10 times. We saw her condition was deteriorating and brought her to Sage where she was hospitalized. After two days in their care, the doctors informed us that her quality of life wasn’t looking good so we decided we wanted to euthanize her at home with family. We were constantly assured that she was comfortable and we could come take her home in the morning. A few hours later, we were informed that she died ALONE in the hospital. Neither of the attending Drs could tell us why she died when asked! Because of it, we decided on The necropsy which was inconclusive as to the cause of death. We KNOW SAGE’s withholding of water contributed/caused her death. They only care about money. With COVID, Sage can double/triple book its appointments with its same staffing/limited resources to actually care for our pets. We were not allowed to enter the hospital with all the recheck visits. They took so much money from us just to have our dog accidentally die in their care. We are not the only family who’s been done wrong by sage. Their treatment of our beloved dogs/cats warrant CLOSER review; follow your instincts as mom & dad and protect them from the people who’s supposedly “helping” them!!
