I had Universal out in Spring of 2023 to increase my attic insulation to R60, then a home remodeling project in 2024 disturbed and lost much of the cellulose they had blown in. Marko came out, saw what needed to be done, and offered to send his crew to blow in what was lost and to make sure coverage was even, charging only his cost for the "touch up" work. Fantastic followup service that went above and beyond what was expected to keep a customer happy.

We added extra loose blown insulation over ceilings in attic space to bring the level up to code. Universal inspected area and advised amount to add and informed us about rebates. Scheduling was easy, the crew was efficient, and did proper cleanup. Very happy. House has definitely stayed cooler through recent heat wave.
