My son took instruction from Neal Krider, and liked his manner and information. Neal also offered a bonus "preview" drive at the DMV location prior to the actual test. Neal was punctual and professional, and we appreciated his communication for scheduling confirmations and changes. He runs a small shop, so his number often rolled over to voicemail, but he always promptly returned calls.
