They sent an inexperienced technician who tried to charge me for 1.5 hours of diagnostic labor to identify a problem with a simple gas wall heater. Then they said they needed to order a part and couldn't get it from their vendors, so it would take days. I pointed out that the part was available on the shelf at Home Depot, and suddenly they were able to schedule the repair. When the second technician arrived, he said they really don't work on gas wall heaters, the first technician wasn't familiar with them, and the appointment should never have been scheduled in the first place. I ended up paying over $600 for the diagnosis and repair (installation of a $20 part). On the plus side, both technicians were polite and neat.
