I used my general contractor's flooring subcontractor for the installation of flooring on 3 levels of my duplex that had water damage from multiple atmospheric river events. However, to supply the materials, after evaluating several flooring stores in San Francisco, I chose Floor & Decor in Burlingame. I was specifically interested in replacing my previous hardwood and carpeting floors with luxury vinyl planking (LVP). Floor & Decor offered a wide variety of LVP options, both in plank composition and color. I was able to find exactly what I wanted at prices I found to be quite reasonable compared to competing chain flooring stores. I also appreciated their online preview of what their flooring would look like in various rooms of my building. These virtual views turned out to predict the finished product very accurately.
