We contacted this company for a window replacement and received an estimate. There was a substantial additional charge for setting up a scaffold as the window is on the second story. Also, when we contacted the company with a follow-up question to clarify if they would repair the interior wall if needed, they did not reply back. Really unprofessional and their price is higher than others.
