Received a notice to have the brake sensor checked. Was told it would take an hour. I sat in the waiting room for 4 hours. Took the truck home and parked it in the drive as I have for six years. Drove the truck a week later and noticed the information center was giving me all sorts of weird reading. Took the truck back to find out what they did since the truck was fine before they serviced the sensor. I left it there and later in the day they told me a rat had eaten some wires. Since I didn't have proof the rat came from their facility, it ended-up costing me $1400 dollars.

Came in for a routine visit - they called and said the car shift was broken and car would not move - charged me $1000 to get the car back when they broke the shifter. Took them to BAR and they paid me back a portion. NEVER go to them again!!!

Possible deliberate "mis-information" to allow a Lifetime warranty requirement to lapse thus costing customer thousands of dollars in a repair.
