They were very pleasant and came out as soon as possible to replace my leaky water heater. But I cannot recommend their prices unless you are independently wealthy. It was the day before a holiday so I knew everyone was busy and they could probably charge whatever they want, but still!

I would trust them with both big and small jobs. They always arrive on time! And one time they didn't charge me when it turned out my problem was just that my drain just needed a slight adjustment and didn't need to be snaked after all. They still snaked it to make sure it was all clear, though.
