I had an unpleasant experience with this company. After negotiating and signing a contract for a new paver patio, walkway, and retaining wall, the company was unable to meet installation dates discussed before finalizing the contract. So I cancelled the contract. Meanwhile, they had spray painted outlines for the new patio on the existing one, telling me it was water-soluable paint. It remains on the patio to this day, after a winter of heavy rain. I would never recommend doing business with them.

While other contractors made bids according to what they envisioned for our yard, Black Diamond worked with me to incorporate parts of my vision for my project and working to fit it into my budget. While I couldn't get everything I wanted, I was able to get more of what I wanted for less cost than the other contractors.

BLACK DIAMOND AND MY DESIGNER GO TO GUY ROCCO PENT WERE GREAT. ROCCO SHOWED ME OPTIONS AND GUIDED ME THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS. MY BACKYARD PAVERS AND NEW PLANTS AND TREES LOOK GREAT. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN. TOM ENDRES
