I appreciate the individuals I work with and the experts doing the work at Weatherford--they always seem great and the car feels like it's in great shape because of them. I definitely dislike needing to spend ~$1k+/year to maintain the car and pay what feels like a lot more on top of it for bigger wear and tear items, yet it feels like there's a risk to go elsewhere due to all of the automatic alarms/lights/manufacturer-recommended items (and the convenience of going to a dealer and sometimes getting a loaner car to drive).

Very poor customer service. I took my car to Concord BMW, it was better but still not the best. I am now looking for a good independent BMW repair shop.
