I used this company to have an old wall-to-wall carpet removed. They only sent one man to do this and it was very time consuming and difficult for him. He finally called and had someone come to help him. I have ordered new carpet from them, but it hasn't arrived yet. The store personnel were helpful and I was able to take samples back to my house.

Two key factors -- (1) store has excellent selection at good prices with helpful knowledgeable respectful service, (2) installer dude to my home was top notch. Only problem was installer's retarded assistant, who's a big tall Latino fella speak no English. He ended the day by sweeping shit ONTO my new carpet assuming that shit can be vacuumed. Probably lives like a filthy rat in his own home.
