A local business. Great service. The store is fairly small so it is unable to stock as mayn different brands of products, but I almost always find what I need. They are great at suggesting solutions and providing assitance with how to best repair a problem

I was having trouble finding someone to repair a broken window. People I had contacted either never responded or didn’t show up after they said they would. I decided to ask Encinal hardware if they had any recommendations. The very helpful lady I spoke to said their glass man wasn’t there now, but she would hav him call me. He did call and gave me a good recommendation. The lady (sorry, I didn’t get her name) also called back and gave me another recommendation in case the first one didn’t respond. They provided all this service with no guarantee of being able to sell anything. It’s a great neighborhood hardware store with an amazingly varied inventory.
