I've used Clean It Carpet Cleaners several times now. Adolfo is the one that always comes out and does a terrific job. I had someone else do it one time when he was not available and while the price was about the same, it took much longer to dry (and I don't believe there was weather to consider). It didn't look as nice either.

I had some stains in my living room carpet that I didn’t think could be cleaned out, but they got them out! They were awesome!!

I used Clean It several years ago. Had a great experience. So, I called them again even though they had a 1-month wait. Big mistake. Owner arrived and said that my carpet was too dirty and I should replace the carpet. This after I had moved all my furniture to the deck for the cleaning. Owner said he'd have to charge me $750 (I paid $350 in 2014) but he clearly didn't want to do the job. He basically walked out on me. Fortunately, I found another company that came in 3 days later and had no problem doing a great job for $100 less than Clean It charged 8 years ago. Obviously, I'm done with Clean It.
