I tried to refinance a mortgage I have with this company and I was sent through 3 local and at least 2 corporate. They cost me over3 months in delays and now the interest rate has doubled. It’s almost 6 months later and now I’m getting spam emails from the one mortgage employee that I actually asked to not work with this last time I called them. I cannot stress enough just how much stress, distress, time, money and materials with no positive outcome. I am now going with an HEi loan because this delay put my debt: income ratio beyond acceptable and oh! I’m now separated too.
