For anyone in MD, DC, or VA, this is definitely the go-to window company. Purchasing new windows was the smoothest experience I’ve had to date. Initially, I dealt with a few other window providers, including one that let me down not once, but twice. Another well-known national brand gave me incorrect information and caused multiple complications. However, after switching to this company for my windows and patio doors, the process was seamless and precise—a true masterclass in customer service! Windows on Washington performed an exceptional job installing my windows and door. They are based in Northern VA and efficiently handled my project in Montgomery County, MD. Scheduling the initial consultation for window replacement was straightforward and transparent, devoid of the typical pushy sales tactics. Eric was a joy to collaborate with throughout the project. I had numerous questions about replacing my sliding glass patio door and windows. He answered all my inquiries patiently and provided great tips on selecting the best windows and ensuring a top-tier installation. Joon was tasked with measuring my windows and addressing any remaining questions. His performance from measurement to installation was exemplary, clearly demonstrating his expertise in window installation. I opted for Okna sliding glass doors and windows for my condo. The delivery and installation were quicker than anticipated. Eric and Joon, along with several other team members, were involved on installation day. All the installers were exceptionally polite and efficient, completing the work faster than expected. Joon even stayed afterward to answer any final questions and conducted a thorough walkthrough. This attention to detail shows their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, distinguishing them from companies that rush the job. During the walkthrough, I noticed a couple of minor issues with the patio door. Joon promptly documented these and contacted the manufacturer, which underscored their proactive approach and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. The windows themselves were installed impeccably and look fantastic. They are quiet, modern, and help maintain a comfortable temperature in my apartment. I’m very satisfied with my decision to purchase these windows. Working with their billing and scheduling departments was also a pleasure; it felt like dealing with a close-knit family that genuinely cares about its clients. Our experience with Windows on Washington was outstanding, both with the salesman who came and advised on what we needed and gave us the estimate, and with the installer who came to measure (and identified a couple small issues so they were dealt with prior to installation day) and then lead the crew that installed the windows. They did all the windows in our house in one day and we are very happy with the results - things are exactly as the estimator said they would be.

Update to Nov 2020 review: In 2017, WoW installed 10 vinyl windows in my condo. They have performed well and are easy to clean. Recently I removed the screens when the building was power-washed, then had trouble replacing them. Once again, owner Eric Novotny demonstrated superior customer service by giving me an in-person tutorial and reinstalling all of the screens himself at no charge. I recommend WoW to everyone in its service area without reservation.
