New ownership refuses to service my home, work done by Winston's for 20+ years, they say it's too difficult, gutters are now "too high" to reach for them!

Under new ownership, this is a high priced business, with endless follow up calls trying to sell unwanted services. I miss the old Winston's.

Winston's was a reliable company. Since being taken over by Ned Stevens, it is terrible. They recently cleaned our roof. They over sprayed the roof with a solution which caused streaks on all of our windows. After our complaining, someone returned who did a poor job and they are still streaked. Additionally, it is now impossible to reach them by phone since it is always busy.
