Changed Assigned caregiver Friday afternoon, too late to discuss, and didn't return phone calls over the weekend, even though recorded phone message promised a reply. New caregiver assigned was very pleasant and Tried hard, but a poor match and resigned assignment after a few sessions. Subsequent Caregiver was also a poor match, and called in sick 2nd day, leaving me stranded for hours until substitute arrived-- intolerable! Initial billing very confusing and wasted my time. I have dealt with many home health agencies but this was one of my very worst experiences.

Very easy to start service. The staff is very responsive. The caregivers are excellent.
