Overall condition of property is deplorable - it was built on the cheap and public areas are not well maintained. Work is never done in a timely manner and management company is generally unresponsive to necessary repairs in individual apartments. They seem to genuinely not care. Almost all residents feel this way, especially long-term residents. Recent rent increases combined with inferior service are making people really angry.
