Play optometrists services are really really good. And I have macular degeneration, and the optometrist was able overtime to adjust my glasses to the change in my eyes. The selling and providing classes seems to be a different service, but equally helpful and reliable. I their prices seem high to me but i guess are competitive with other very high service optical businesses.

The staff was uniformly friendly and knowledgeable. Hard to comment on prices (which seem way too high at all optician offices) but I was very happy with the Lunor frames I chose and the superior quality of the progressive lenses.

I provided the ranging of adequate overall quality of performance because Dr. Ayalew is great. I have been a client for multiple years. However, the center's staff is not as knowledgeable about the industry as they should be, nor are they knowledgeable about medical plans and payment practices. Also, there is an extreme amount of turnover. Now, that they have expanded to 2 offices, the communications have suffered as well. If expansion impacts quality, then it may not be good for the business in the long term.
